Pranayama and Breath facilitator course Course

This course is for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of breath work or use it in their current environment or for themselves!!

This course steps you through Preparations, The Sat Kriya and the traditional eight Pranayama and into Pratyahara and Meditation. It will be run one evening per week for 9 weeks live on Zoom. This gives an immersion and enough for the student to grasp each practice and work with it as a stand alone practice, time to learn its techniques and salient features, each of its benefits for health and wellbeing for both the spiritual and physical aspirant, we have key focus areas and progression. These will be part of the course. By the end you will have a thorough understanding and confidence in the deeper layers of the 4th and 5th limb of Yoga.

This is a journey, like the Hatha Pradikipa states where we tame the breath like a lion….slowly! Each step we add, builds a practice that will stay with us and last a lifetime.

The practices that are being taught come directly from a 100 year old lineage of the science and approach to breath work that has the approach and formula right and consistently changes people’s lives for the better!!

The formulas facilitate and give real time structure to allow us to teach beginners how to fully connect to and access their own breathing. enhance it and change how they feel for life.
